Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is attracting attention as a transparent electrode that can replace conventional materials. Therefore, it needs high optical and electrical properties. In this work, the addition process was used to control the linearity of PEDOT:PSS to improve the optical and electrical properties. This process can control the rate of polymerization and the structure of the product by monomer and catalyst amount. The optical properties(transmittance), Raman spectra, XRD, XPS, and electrical properties of the PEDOT:PSS were evaluated. As a result, we demonstrated the process of increased optical and electrical properties of PEDOT:PSS by addition process. |
