Inkjet-printed polyanilinepatterns for selective cell adhesion and real-time catecholamine detection |

Arginine–glycine–aspartate(RGD) peptide modified polyaniline patterns were fabricated on flexible poly(ethyleneterephthalate) film for selective cell adhesion and real-time detection of catecholamines.The polyaniline pattern was prepared by oxidant inkjet printing on the filmwith vapor deposition polymerization of aniline monomers. To bind cells selectively,RGD peptide was then immobilized onto the pattern using glutaldehyde. PC12cells were grown on the patterns with high selectivity and focal adhesionproperties. The pattern is further applied as real-time electrical signal transducerfor detecting catecholamines from neurons. |
