Optical characteristic of AlxGa1-xN layers for Distributed Bragg Reflector |
초록 |
Distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) Based on AlGaN/GaN multi-layer can be selectively reflected wavelength. Recently, DBR have much attracted interest for various optical applications such as Resonant Cavity Light Emitting Diodes (RCLEDs) and transparent solarcell and Fabry-Perot modulator. In this study, we have researched monolayer for DBR. Un-GaN layer was grown by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition on C-plane Sapphire Substrate. and AlGaN was deposited various composite on template. We also investigated optical properties and crystal qualities of AlxGa1-xN layers using Ellipsometer and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The experimental optical data were analyzed using the transmission matrix method by Matlab program. |
