제목 Cure Characteristics and Physical Properties of Hydrogenated Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber Compound
초록 The hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubbers(H-NBRs) were prevulcanized and rheological characteristics and physical properties were carefully investigated. The minimum torque and Mooney viscosity of the H-NBR compounds increase with the increasing prevulcanization temperature-time whereas the scorch time and cure time exhibit a decreasing trend. Tensile properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength, however, decrease. 100% and 200% moduli also decrease, while the hardness and gel content increase. The swelling resistance slightly decreases due to the formation of more non-optimal crosslink points.
