제목 Aptamer based potable LSPR senor chip for the detection of Bacteria in food
초록 In this study, the development of non-labeled portable plasmonic biosensor device capable of detecting the bacterial cell with high sensitivity level was using a specific binding of the aptamer. Specifically, by using a self-assembly properties of the gold nanoparticles it was produced in the sensor substrate through the plasmonic also deposited uniformly at a high density on a transparent substrate. So by using the production Plasmnonic-active substrate in this study for the field diagnosis is available biosensor portable device developed by the optical system design as the transmissive mode of light could be produced as a compact portable system is possible. Further, in order to check the possibility of the real advantage in sensitivity and field of the element in this study, the selection of Salmonella as a model sample was studied to determine the decay state of the food in the field.
