The structural characteristics and properties of electrospun regenerated silk nanoweb with various residual sericin contents |
초록 |
In this study, the silks with different residual sericin content were prepared by controlling the degumming condition. The effect of residual sericin content on the structural characteristics and properties of regenerated silk nanowebs was investigated. The breaking strength of electrospun silk web increased at 3.6% sericin content and then decreased after that. Thermogravemetric analysis revealed that the residual sericin has little influence on the thermal stability of silk. All silk nanowebs showed beta sheet conformation as revealed in FTIR measurement. |
