One-Step Spin-Assisted Uniaxial Alignment of One Dimensional Nanostructure |

In this research, we suggest a simple method for uniaxial alignment of nanowires through whole area using spin coating process. We changed the position of substrate from the center of spin coater to the edge of the spin coater get out of the central axis of spin coater. We found that nanowires are aligned by drag force arising from the fluid flow and centrifugal force from rotational motion. And we demonstrated controlled nanowire assembly by changing the various parameters and characteristics of the silicon nanowire FET by using this technique. |
