제목 Preparation of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Materials Containing Graphene Oxide Nanoplatelets
초록 Novel organic-inorganic hybrids containing graphene oxide nanoplatelets were prepared by sol-gel processing method. To synthesize organic-inorganic hybrids by sol-gel processing, graphene oxide nanoplatelets were mixed with 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylmethacrylate (ATMS) at 80°C under dry N2 condition. The viscous films of organic-inorganic hybrids were spin-coated and exposed to UV light for photo-polymerization and crosslinking of the unreacted C=C bonds of ATMS. Resulting graphene hybrid films possesses excellent mechanical flexibility and structure integrity during bending, and the additional EMI shielding performance of these organic-inorganic nanohybrids was carefully measured.
