제목 Study of the Performance of Organic Field Effect Transistors Fabricated by Off-Center Spin Coating Process depending on the Solubility in Various Solvent.
초록 Here, we report on effect of solvent on characteristics of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) with one dimensionally aligned isoindigo based conjugated polymer fabricated by off center spin coating method. Performances of OFETs with directionally aligned polymer chain strongly depends on used solvents for the conjugated polymers. Various analysis techniques such as UV-visible (UV-vis) absorption spectroscopy, atomic force microscope (AFM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) have been used to know the alignment and conformation of polymer chain in thin films formed by off-or on-center spin coating process. In addition, we investigate correlation between the degree of alignment of polymer chain and Hansen solubility parameter of solvent by using Hansen solubility parameter program (HSP) to clarify what is the best solvent to obtain high performance OFETs with a highly aligned conjugated polymer chain.
