제목 Graphene oxide and Carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubber(XSBR) composite  
초록 Carbon black has been widely used in rubber reinforcement for over 150 years. Nowadays, carbon black faces severe problems because it is derived from crude oil and generates excessive waste and green house gas emissions. Recently, Graphene oxide has emerged as new layered carbon material. Graphene oxide is potential material for replacing carbon black for reinforcement of rubber. Graphene oxide has many functional groups such as epoxy, carboxyl and hydroxyl. It can interact with XSBR by forming hydrogen bonds. In this study, we studied on graphene oxide and XSBR composite. Mechanical Properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break were measured using UTM. Thermal properties were measured by TGA.
