Because of the large surface area of metal organic frameworks (MOFs) as supercapacitor electrode materials, we used the Nickel based MOFs to research the electrochemical performance. We mixed 1,3,5-Trimesic acid (H3BTC) and terephthalic acid (H2BDC) as ligands of Ni-MOFs which was used working electrode materials in three electrode system. When synthesizing MOFs, it is possible to synthesize uniform crystals by using hydrothermal synthesis. Electrochemical properties were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in 6M KOH electrolyte. The organization and morphology of composites were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). |
