제목 | A pH sensitive charge switchable immune-inducer for cancer therapy |
초록 | Recently, anticancer immunotherapy has been in the spotlight for its excellent effect. However, immunotherapy has serious obstacles that a therapeutic effect on solid tumors is limited because of immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME) of solid tumors suppressing immune cell by nutrient depletion, oxidative stress, and low pH. To undergo this limitation, we designed the charge switchable immune-inducer(CSI). CSI accumulate in the tumor tissue with EPR effect. Surface charge of CSI in tumor tissue is switched by acidic environment and its high positive charge induces tumor cell necrosis, tumor antigen pouring out the extracellular region, promoting the maturation of dendritic cells and recruitment of T cells in TME. Our study have shown that the CSI efficiently induces tumor cell necrosis and immune response to tumors through in vitro and in vivo experiments. Consequently, CSI proposes an approach to enhance the immunotherapeutic effects on solid tumors. |
