We fabricated a programmable disposable OLED device with multi-layered substrate structures for a security device. It is designed to destroy the device locally at the desired point with the multi-layered structure of a material with heat reaction and material with heat capacity. Gate-controlling-polymer can manage the turn-off voltage that we intended to disposable the device. Besides, in the case of the multi-layered structure described above, it also improved surface stability through the paper's surface roughness and porous structure. Through these structures, a stable OLED device was produced in a daily environment. But when security is required, the gate controlling device can destroy the device wholly and partly destroy the OLED device. |
