제목 | Synthesis of pyrrolidinium-based ionic liquids and their applications to deoxydehydration(DODH) reaction. |
초록 | Current issue regarding the depletion of petroleum resources and sustainable development has led many scientists and industries to produce commodity chemicals from biomass. Among various previous methods, deoxydehydration(DODH) reactions received much attention due to its remarkable reaction efficiency in removing high oxygen contents from biomass-derived materials, thus, yielding hydrocarbon based olefin products. However, the high cost of the DODH reaction process is still the major drawback for the industrialization of biomass-derived bulk chemicals. In this article, as a recyclable reaction media to reduce the overall cost of the DODH reaction, various pyrrolidinium-based ionic liquids has been synthesized and applied to the conversion of galactarate to muconate. Pyrrolidinium-based ionic liquids were successfully synthesized, and among them, 1,1-butylmethylpyrrolidium trifluoromethanesulfonate([BMPyrr][TfO]) showed highest DODH efficiency. |
