제목 | Properties of solution processed ITO film by using nanoparticle ink in various annealing atmospheres |
초록 | Current, Indium tin oxide (ITO) is most wide using materials for transparent conducting oxide (TCO). Also, solution processed ITO is keep investigating field due to having low-cost, wide uniformity and applying for direct printing. For solution process, ITO ink was used. ITO Ink consists with ITO particles of less than 10 nm diameter and alcohol base solvent. ITO ink fabrication is most effective method for recycling of limited supplying of indium. In this report, ITO film is fabricated by spin-coating on glass substrate. And for atmosphere, Air, vacuum, Ar, N2 and forming gas are variation for heat treatment at temperature of 300, 400, 500, 600 ℃. To measure the films, cross section is observed by SEM, sheet resistances are probed by 4-point probe and transparent of ITO films were measured by UV- spectroscopy. We can find lower sheet resistance with inert gas atmosphere than others. |
