제목 Functionalized carbon nanosheets as transparent conductive electrodes for organic solar cells
초록 Recently, the demand of indium thin oxide(ITO) has increased rapidly, thus has been depleted about the indium. Therefore, Graphene has been actively promoted alternative about the indium due to a high transmittance and conductivity. However, in the process of obtaining a CVD-grown graphene, defect and wrinkles degrade the characteristic of the graphene. In this study, we simplified the carbon nanosheet(CNS) through spin coating and heat treatment of a solution process-based polymer, and applied CNS to organic solar cells using a method by directing chemical functionalization with hydrazine materials. We got the efficiency of 1.97% and measured the surface resistance and transparency of CNS solar cells produced through 4-point probeand UV-Vis spectroscopy and confirm functionalization throgh x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). These results, the CNS shows the possibility of the use of as an electronic device.
