Functionalized carbon nanosheets as transparent conductive electrodes for organic solar cells |

Recently, the demand of indium thin oxide(ITO) has increased rapidly, thus has been depleted about the indium. Therefore, Graphene has been actively promoted alternative about the indium due to a high transmittance and conductivity. However, in the process of obtaining a CVD-grown graphene, defect and wrinkles degrade the characteristic of the graphene. In this study, we simplified the carbon nanosheet(CNS) through spin coating and heat treatment of a solution process-based polymer, and applied CNS to organic solar cells using a method by directing chemical functionalization with hydrazine materials. We got the efficiency of 1.97% and measured the surface resistance and transparency of CNS solar cells produced through 4-point probeand UV-Vis spectroscopy and confirm functionalization throgh x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). These results, the CNS shows the possibility of the use of as an electronic device. |
