Anionic polymerization of styrene from 1,1 diphenylhexyl lithium and n-butyl lithium as initiators in tubular reactor |
| 초록 |
For anionic polymerization, Tubular reactor was designed with instatic mixer and two piston pumps. and polystyrenes were polymerized with 1,1 diphenylhexyl lithium and n-butyl lithium as initiators in the reactor. The polymerization was occurred in THF solution at -25. The molecular weight of polystyrene was controlled by flow rate of styrene monomer. Retention time was less than 2 min. and the polymer characterized by FT-IR and SEC. |
