제목 Development of Fluoride Selective chromogenic sensor and its Features: Large UV absorption shift and Colorimetric detection
초록 Measuring the amount of fluoride ions contained in foods and drinks is important, and World Health Organization, for a safety reason, recommends a guideline maximum F- value of 1.5mg/L in water. Therefore, it became crucial to develop a colorimetric sensor with naked eye as a function of concentrations of F- ions and the fluoride selective probe (H-1) is developed. The compound has rapid cleavage reaction of a Si-O bond and can be easily analyzed visually. Also, the maximum absorption wavelength of the H-1 compound with fluoride shifted from 362.5nm to 482.5nm, and the color changed light yellow to dark yellow. In other words, it has great potential in analytical chemistry and will be practically applied for fluoride detection.
