The potential of cooperation between Korea and Vietnam will be suggested in many ways. In particular, technology cooperation and its necessity will be emphasized in that technology is essential to national competitiveness. As a proposal, the high skill professional program named as the Goldcard is explained for the discussion and developments for the mutual benefits of both countries. |
