제목 Sysnthesis of Polyorganosiloxane Modified Acrylate and Its Characteristics
초록 Polyorganosiloxane has many excellent properties, as a result of its low glass transition temperature, surface tension, good water repellency, weather resistance, and high thermal stability. In this study, UV curable coating materials were prepared from ring opening polymerization of cyclosiloxane containing vinyl group. The surface characteristics of the thin film formed on glass surface by UV irradiation were measured by contact angles. By increasing the polyorganosiloxane contents in the mixture, contact angle were increased. And also, the glass transition temperature(Tg) of the film decreased with increasing the polyorganosiloxane content. Transparency and hardness of the coated film were investigated according to the contents of the polyorganosiloxane in the film.
