제목 Cell Performance of PEMFC using Pt/C electrocatalysts synthesized via zeolite templating method
초록 Nano-sized Pt/C powder with 1.5~3 nm has been successfully synthesized via zeolite Y as a template. Zeolite Y were used for ion exchange. The sample was then calcined by heating up to 350oC at different ramping rates of 0.1oC/min and 0.2oC/min. Pt-Zeolite Y were then added to the mixture of furfuryl alcohol and ethanol, then followed by polymerization at 120oC for 5hrs, followed by thermal decompositon, finally resulting in few nano-sized Pt/C/zeolite Y. After removing zeolite Y from this composite materials, the nano-sized Pt/C was applied to electrocatalyst for PEMFC.The influencing factors such as ramping rate for calcination and cell performance are discussed in detail.
