Organo-lead halide perovskite solar cells have recently attracted as high power conversion efficiency, low cost production, simple process, flexibility. To improve the power conversion efficiency, the light harvesting is the one of the best way. However, it is difficult to incorporate the light harvesting materials such as large-sized SiO2, TiO2, or ZrO2 in thin films layers because of the architectures. In this study, we prepared nanoimprint lithography technique to highly-uniform and well-ordered nanopatterning mesoporous TiO2 thin films for organo-lead halide perovskite solar cells. The highly-uniform and well-ordered nanopatterning mesoporous TiO2 thin films were characterized and optimized by FE-SEM and UV-vis spectra. The power conversion efficiency were increased from 14.65% to 15.91% because of the increment of light harvesting by nanopatterning mesoporous TiO2 thin films in perovskite solar cells. |
