제목 | The Effects of Mechanical Bending and Bias Illumination Stress on the Performance of Flexible a-IGZO TFTs |
초록 | Amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (a-IGZO) is a promising semiconducting material for use in flexible thin-film-transistor (TFT) fabrication due to the high mobility and low deposition temperatures. Therefore, in order to utilize these TFTs in flexible applications, their behavior under applied mechanical bending and various display operating conditions including illumination, temperature, and bias, needs to be carefully investigated. We have fabricated the bottom-gate TFTs based on a-IGZO layers on the flexible polyimide substrates, which were debonded from the carrier glass after TFT fabrication. We examined the performance and bias illumination stability of flexible a-IGZO TFT in mechanical bending. |
