| 제목 | Small molecules based on Anthracene derivatives with different alkyl group for OTFTs |
| 초록 | Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) received a lot of attention because these have a range of possibilities in low process price, large-area, and solution processes. Especially, small molecules have benefit for electronic applications because we can synthesize small molecules with exact molecular weight without batch-to-batch variations. In this research, we synthesized two small molecules. We will study the film morphology involving packing patterns these, and a relationship between OTFT properties and morphology. |
