Biogenic amines are naturally generated by the decarboxylation of amino acid. In particular, cadaverine can be increased of toxicity in the body because of promoting histamine absorption. For analysis of the CV, numerous techniques for the detection of biogenic amines such as cyclic voltammetry, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), fluorescent, and colorimetric developed, their methods have a various limit point. In this study, we demonstrated real-time monitoring of CV by using a chemiresistor. In particular, the novel supramolecular receptor was synthesized for discriminant detection of various spoilage gases. The 3D structure was obtained through density functional theory (DFT). The real-time responses obtained with the chemiresistor showed excellent sensitivity and selectivity, depending on varying gas concentration and biomarkers, and the limit of detection for CV 40 ppb. |
