Optimizing gene and peptide co-delivery system of ternary complexes via receptor mediated endocytosis for cancer therapy |
초록 |
The aim of this study was to deliver gene and peptide for synergetic action against tumor. The ternary complexes of gene, peptide, and targeting peptide conjugated-LMWSC were prepared by electrostatic interaction in aqueous solution. The binding affinity of ternary complexes were confirmed by electrophoresis. The particle size of them was evaluated by DLS. The result of tranfection assay showed that ternary complexes with LMWSC-targeting peptdie was more effective than that without peptide for targeting of cancer cell. The cytotoxicity and antitumor activity of ternary complexes were confirmed by MTT assay. These results suggest that ternary system can effectively inhibit tumor growth.
