제목 Synthesis of crystalline zirconia nanoparticles by hybrid method assisted glycothermal treatment
초록 Zirconium oxide (ZrO2) nanoparticles were synthesized at temperature as low as 200°C through a glycothermal treatment using different pH of amorphous zirconium precursors obtained from co-precipitation and sol-gel method. XRD and TEM data support that glycothermal treatment processing provides a simple low temperature route for producing highly crystalline ZrO2 nanoparticles, which could also be extended to other systems. Spherical particles morphology of the as-prepared ZrO2 nanoparticles is confirmed from SEM and TEM with an average particle size of under 10nm.
