Evaluation of dental fluoride-releasing pit and fissure sealant including fluoride-polymer microcapsules |
| 초록 |
Light-cured resin-based pit and fissure sealant including fluorides is frequently used to prevent dental caries that occur due to accumulation of caries-producing biofilms in enamel. The current methods of fluoride releasing sealant have problems to may weaken the sealant or release a small amount fluoride. In this study, we prepared polymer microcapsules contained soluble fluoride salts by a water-in-oil-in-water double emulsification and evaporation technique. Also, we evaluated fluoride release and mechanical properties of sealants containing fluoride-polymer microcapsules. [Acknowledgement: 0701DG10271]. |
