High-efficiency anthracene-based deep blue fluorescent materials for OLEDs |
초록 |
Recently, OLEDs have been used extensively in full color displays and lighting, and many researches have been conducted in the laboratory and industry. It is very important to improve color purity and improve efficiency for high performance devices. Although research on the development of blue phosphorescent materials is going on, there is a problem to solve the stability problem to be applied to OLED. Anthracene derivatives have been extensively studied as blue light emitting materials because of their good color quality, stability, and efficiency. Using these derivatives, blue fluorescent emitters as donor-acceptor type have been reported by increasing charge balance. However, donor-acceptor type emitters have in trouble about a large bathochromic shift. To solve these problems, we synthesized a new anthracene-based blue emitters, NAPT, NAPPT and NAXPT materials, brings not only superior device performance but also deep blue color purity for organic light emitting diodes. |
