제목 CdS quantum dots grown by in situ chemical bath deposition for quantum dot-sensitized solar cells
초록 In situ chemical bath deposition (CBD) method is utilized to assemble cadmium sulfide (CdS) quantum dots (QDs) onto mesoporous TiO2 films for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). The CBD procedure was repeated to increase the coverage ratio of CdS QDs on the TiO2 surface. The efficiency of a CdS quantum-dots-sensitized solar cell prepared using the present method was as high as 2.13% under the illumination of 1 Sun (AM1.5, 100 mW/cm2). The details on the enhanced cell performance on the QDSSCs will be presented.
