제목 Graphene Oxide-Encapsulated Silver Nanoshell as a Surface-Enhanced Resonance Raman Nanoprobe for Bioimaging of Cancer Cells
초록 We have developed a novel and highly sensitive nanoprobe consisting of graphene oxide (GO) and silver nanoshell, which exhibited strong surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS), for bioimaging of cancer cells. Silver nanoshell was first synthesized by amine-assisted reduction method, and then it was encapsulated by 4,7,10-trioxa-1,13-tridecanediamine (TEG)-functionalized GO that displays strong resonance Raman scattering (denoted “Ag NS-GO”). The developed Ag NS-GO nanoprobe showed more intense and simpler Raman peaks than the ones of previous Raman label compounds, which allowed a facile read-out for target recognition. Finally, Ag NS-GO was successfully applied to SERRS-based detection of cancer cells.
