The structural, electrical, and thermal properties of carbon-based epoxy composite films were investigated by different carbon-based heating material content such as carbon fibers (CF), graphite (G), and carbon nanotubes (CNT). The morphology and structural properties of the composite films were determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The electrical conductivity of the composite films was obtained by measuring the surface resistance with 4-pin probe method. The thermal properties of the composite films were studied by thermo-graphic camera and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). |
