Oral and vascular administrations of commercial anti-cancer drugs tend to cause serious side effects complicated with sequela. Furthermore, these drug delivery methods limited level of drug efficiency. Therefore, we need to develop more efficient and advanced method. In this study, we investigated the application of chitosan patch. Natrually derived drug such as catechin was incorporated into the patch. Proliferation of NIH/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast and MCF-7 breast cancer cells was examined. The release of catehcin was examined by UV spectrometer. |
