The conjugated polymer nanospheres are versatile nano-materials that can be potentially used in many applications in various areas such as materials science and biological systems. The highly luminescent conjugated polymer nanospheres have a good potential to be functional materials. These conjugated polymer nanospheres exhibit desirable characteristics for cellular imaging, including a high fluorescence quantum yield, good photostability, and a small size. In this work, we synthesized three conjugated polymers that have RGB fluorescence colors, respectively, for BSA and lysozyme sensing. We prepared conjugated polymer nanospheres(Cpdots) by a reprecipitation method. We studied an application of BSA and lysozyme sensing with RGB CPdots combined with graphene oxide. The fluorescence of RGB CPdots can be quenched by graphene oxide via π-π interaction. Subsequently, the fluorescence intensity can be recovered by BSA and lysozyme added into dispersed liquid of graphene oxide. |
