Hyaluronic acid/chondroitin sulfate-based hydrogel system using radiation technique |
초록 |
Currently available skin substitutes often suffer from a range of problems that include poor integration, scarring at the graft margins and a complete lack of differentiated structures. This study focused on the development of polymeric artificial skin with good biocompatibility and physical property by using radiation technique. We designed the artificial skin model composed of biocompatible natural polymer and synthetic polymer with high mechanical property for alternative tests to animal experiments. We synthesized hyaluronic acid and chodroitin sulfate derivatives with polymerizable residues with precise control over the substitution degree. The hyaluronic acid/chondroitin sulfate-based hydrogels were prepared by using radiation technique and their physicochemical properties were investigated to evaluate the feasibility for artificial skin substitutes. |
