제목 Development of hyaluronic acid/chondroitin sulfate-based hydrogel using radiation technique
초록 The fields of tissue engineering and biopharmaceutics provide a number of complex opportunities for the design of new implant materials. Each individual application relies on rationally designed scaffolds and devices that interact with living systems in a highly controlled manner. The focus of this study is the development of polymeric artificial skin by using radiation technique. We synthesized HA and CS derivatives with polymerizable residues with precise control over the substitution degree. The HA/CS-based hydrogels were prepared by using radiation technique and their physicochemical properties were investigated to evaluate the feasibility for skin substitutes.
