제목 Au coated 3-dimensional nanoporous titania layers using polystyrene-b-poly(2-vinylpyridine) block copolymer nanoparticles
초록 In the last decade, considerable effort has been focused on easy fabrication and various application of porous inorganic materials. The porous inorganic materials were obtained from colloidal array as a template. 3-dimensional(3D) template was prepared with polystyrene-b-poly(2-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P2VP) block copolymer nanoparticles less than 100nm size. The polymer nanoparticels of core-shell type were well-ordered 3-dimensionally by vertical deposition method on whole substrate without any defects. The polar solvents were added to the polymer solution to prevent merging nanoparticles each other at 40℃ as considering interaction between polymer nanoparticles and solvent. Also, 3D arrays with thiol-capped Au nanoparticles coated PS-b-P2VP nanoparticels contributed for fabrication of 3D porous Au-titania materials. Therefore, Au coated 3D porous titania layers were fabricated from removing this template.
