Preparation and characterization of CdS/ZnPc composite thin films for photovoltaic applications |

Organic/inorganic composites have attracted attention due to their potential application as a new photoelectric material that provides desired properties of both the organic and inorganic components. We have reported the structural, optical and morphological studies of chemically deposited crystalline CdS prepared by chemical bath deposition as well as the properties of composite with ZnPc. Moreover we studied the photoconduction properties of the both layers individually and their composites and the results were discussed in this paper. |
