제목 The composite materials using crystalline epoxy study and analysis
초록 LCE(Liquid Crystalline epoxy) resin is a good composite material due to its high thermal conductivity and isotropy nature. When LCE is blended with an inorganic filler BN, very high thermal conductivity can be achieved since BN also has excellent heat conductivity. Composition such as this has high thermal conductivity property; therefore, it is ideal for an electronic device that emits very intensive heat. In this research, we observed changes in heat conductivity and adhesive property of copper foil by adding different amount of an inorganic filler BN.
