Thermally stable in-situ Pt nanoparticles into the walls of mesoporous silica as a robust catalyst for VOCs oxidation |
초록 |
The sintering resistance of metal NPs has been the subject of high performance catalysts in reactions under high temperatures. This results in a decrease in the amount of surface atoms in metal nanoparticles and a consequent loss of catalytic activity. Several strategies towards stabilization of metal NPs against the sintering problem have been pursued, including the metal/metal oxide core-shell nanostructures and use of sintering-resistant supports. Here, we present an improved method to synthesize a supported robust catalyst by in situ process, in which the aggregate-free Pt NPs are highly dispersed into the walls of SBA-15 and showed high catalytic activity in the oxidation of VOCs. |
