Organometal halide perovskite is very promising material for various optoelectronics, especially solar cell, due to its superior optical and electronic properties. Conventional perovskite solar cells consist of FTO, electron transport layer (ETL), perovskite, hole transport layer (HTL), and electrodes. Especially, the HTL performs an important role in transporting holes and preventing perovskite from being exposed the water. However, conventional HTL requires dopants, which can be detrimental to device stability. Herein, we develop RCP composed of BT and DTBT. RCP exhibits high hole mobility in its pristine form, and thus, needs no dopants. The device employing RCP achieved 17.3% with high reproducibility. The hydrophobic RCP layer coated on the perovskite layer functioned as a moisture barrier. The long-term stability of devices was dramatically improved. At a humidity of 75%, the device maintained its initial efficiency for 1400 h. |
