Fabrication of uniform colloidal microsack made with elastomeric thin film by using water-in-oil-in-water double-emulsion templates |
| 초록 |
We introduce a facile and straightforward approach for fabrication of uniform elastomer microsacks whose shell layer is made with a polyurethane thin elastomer membrane. We use W/O/W double emulsions as templates. Each of W/O and O/W interfaces is stabilized via assembly of poly (glycerin)-poly (e-caprolactone) (PG-b-PCL). Induced adhesion of inner and outer interfaces of water-in-oil-in-water double emulsion drops and consecutive polymerization of polyurethane precursors in between the interfaces lead to formation of a mechanically tough but flexible microsack structure. |
