제목 Synthesis and structural analysis of a poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)/V2O5 nanocomposite
초록 Poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) (PEDOT)/ vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) composites was synthesized by simple refluxing method. EDOT was inserted into vanadium oxide layers and simultaneously its polymerization occurred. The properties of the organo–inorganic composites are investigated by 4-probe electrical conductivity measurements, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and SEM. The application potential of these composites is wide-open, but especially as cathode materials such as lithium ion battery or solar cells are demonstrated by the electrochemical analyses.
