제목 Metal-oxide nanofiber embedded three-dimensional graphene as hybrid electrode for flexible supercapacitors
초록 The electrodes of electrochemical capacitors (ECs) composed of carbon nanofiber decorated three-dimensional graphene (CPSC-3rGO) were fabricated by single-nozzle co-electrospinning, freeze drying and chemical reduction methods. Polypyrrole was coated on the SnO2/Co3O4 nanofibers using vapor deposition polymerization (VDP). Then, these nanofibers were mixed with aqueous graphene oxide (GO) solution and freeze dried to form 3D structures. The CPSC-3rGOs were synthesized by thermal reduction of these 3D structures to improve the power density of EC electrodes. As result, these devices showed greater electrical performance and flexibility than that of the other 3D nanomaterials.
