제목 Carbon material decorated with Ag nanoparticles in Foam for EMI Shielding
초록 Silver decorated on a carbon material by non-acid modification is increasing electroconductivity , permittivity and shielding electromagnetic waves tightly. Silver is good for EMI shielding material, because of high electro conductivity and permittivity, but it is expensive. Foam and silver decorated on carbon material solve the problem. Decorating Ag on carbon materials makes not loading Ag wt% but vol% to increase. Likewise a Foam makes the same effect as decoration. Soft silicone foam in compression doesn’t burst bubbles, so that after compression, filler networks maintain. Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Micro-CT show filler network. For Ag decorated carbon materials, use SEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Electromagnetic Interference shielding performance is tested by vactor network analyzer.
