제목 Anticancer drug grafted chitosan with target ligand for anticancer drug delivery
초록 In this study drug-conjugated chitosan (Chito-Drug) was synthesized by hydrazone bond. The hydrazone bond of Chito-Drug can be dissociated the drug from Chito-Drug at endosomal pH (pH 5.0). In addition, the synthesized Chito-Drug was conjugated the target ligand (TCD) to achieve receptor-mediated endocytosis. Chemical structure of TCD was investigated by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. Its antitumor activity was evaluated by MTT assay against cancer cell. The TCD proposed that the conjugated drug was easily released by hydrazone bond from endosome and effective to target tumor cells.
