Evaluation of bacterial toxicity of graphene-based materials under environmentally relevant conditions |
| 초록 |
Graphene is currently receiving considerable attention because of its unique properties such as high electrical conductivity and transparency. The production amounts of graphene is increased with development of synthetic method and increase of utilization in commercial products implies that graphene-based materials can be released to the environment and affect the ecosystem. Recent studies revealed significant impacts of graphene on bacteria but it is insufficient to predict graphene's environmental toxicity, since the test condition did not reflect the real environment. Here in, we investigated the bacterial toxicity of graphene-based materials under environmentally relevant conditions to predict the real environmental impacts and toxicity mechanisms. |
