제목 | Synthesis of Fluorescent Peptidyl Probe for Selective Detection of Hydrogen Sulfide Among Biothiols |
초록 | H2S is a gaseous signaling molecule that regulates cellular ROS(Reactive oxigen species) concentration. The abnormal concentration of H2S occurs various neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Down syndrome. Therefore, detection of H2S concentration is becoming an important issue. Fluorescence probe (1) was synthesized based on amino acid and aggregation induced fluorophore to adjust the phobic-philic balance. Therefore, it can be penetrated into the cell. And two fluorophores were introduced to observe the change of fluorescence according to the reaction by H2S. Several analogs have been designed to selectively react H2S from various biothiols. Among them, the fluorescent probe (1) exhibited selective absorption and fluorescence changes for H2S. When 10 equivalents of H2S is added in a solution containing 1 mM CTAB, the absorption and fluorescence changes are saturated within 40 minutes. |
