In this work, water-soluble and visible light photoreactive low molecular weight starch derivative was prepared for immobilization of various bioactive compounds. Low molecular weight starch that prepared by hydrogen chloride solution was synthesized to photoreactive starch derivative having furfuryl group via carboxymethylation, furfurylation. This method expects to make up for the weak points as stabilization of protein instead of existing methods using UV. Because of degree of immobilization in water and biocompatibility, visible light photoreactive starch derivative having furfuryl group considered that suitable with medical application and drug delivery material. |
