Development of Electro-Degreasing Agent for Electroless Nickel Plating Process |

Contaminants are removed the degreasing. But when it insufficient, causes stick poor, gloss poor, wild plating, swell. The impurities are removed electrolytic dereasing by generating hydrogen at the cathode surface that falls from the electrolysis reaction. In this study, The best degreasing condition and electro-degreasing is investigatedby used Alkaline reagents.Electrolytic degreasing process set variable conditions that temperature(40~60℃) of electro-degreasing, current density(4.0~12.0 A/dm²) and experiment for 60 seconds. |
